Samantha Koches is passionate about food security, social impact, and climate resiliency. She is a visionary, deeply committed to serving the world and ushering in a bright new age.

Samantha's Story

Samantha has a diverse background in permaculture, agribusiness, and nonprofit strategy. Through her decade of experience lays a common thread of wanting to improve the world through nature and food. 

​

Prior to starting Nourish All, Samantha was a Manager at SystemIQ, an innovative conservation consultancy. She led a team to incubate regenerative business models in the remote forests of Indonesia that could serve as sustainable sources of funding for ecosystem conservation. 

​

She has led jackfruit sourcing and supply chain efforts in Mexico and Sri Lanka for a Singaporean plant-based protein company.

​

Samantha has acquired a variety of permaculture and gardening skills through work exchanges on a family farm in Hawaii, organic garden in France, eco-village community in Thailand, and off-grid retreat in Costa Rica. 

​

Samantha has years of experience in business and nonprofits. She served as Head of Strategy at Feeding America, the largest domestic hunger relief organization. She was a Team Leader at Bain & Company, a world-reknowned management consultancy, advising both corporates and nonprofits on strategy, marketing, and finance.

 

She also holds an M.B.A from Columbia Business School in New York and a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Jessica Sun

Jessica Sun is currently Corporate Counsel at Bregal Investments, Inc., a global private equity firm. Previously, she was a Corporate and Securities associate at Dechert LLP in New York City and London. She has also served as a Microfinance Fellow for Kiva in Central Asia and Eastern Europe, consulted with an education and healthcare non-profit organization in Ghana, worked in gender and children's rights at a human rights law firm in Namibia, and taught English in Chile.

 

Jessica received her J.D from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a certificate in Business and Public Policy from The Wharton School. She also holds B.A.'s in Psychology and English Literature from the University of Michigan.

Lesley Brindle

Lesley Brindle is a dynamic finance professional with a passion for good.

She currently serves as Brand Finance Manager at Conagra Brands, one of

the largest consumer packaged goods company in the US. Prior to joining Conagra, Lesley worked as a Financial Associate at PepsiCo and as a Consultant at Deloitte. She also has experiencing serving as an Associate Board Member for Spark Ventures, a global poverty alleviation nonprofit. 

​

Lesley is a Certified Public Accountant. She received a Masters in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
